Transpersonal Art Processes and the Camino

“By using simple yet powerful transpersonal art processes you can support yourself to keep on top of life’s challenges”
While studying Transpersonal Art Therapy my thoughts moved away from “Therapy” and “client” to the benefits that could be gained by utilising Art Processes to maintain good mental and emotional health.

I began to see how transpersonal Art Processes were supportive with gaining clarity and insight into damaging thoughts and beliefs that create stress, leading for some to depression and anxiety also a powerful tool for those times in life when you find yourself at “Crossroads”

After Walking the Camino and spending many hours with women and men from all over the world, sharing stories of life’s highs and lows it became evident to me that the Camino is a transformative pilgrimage, however, when walked with intention and attention to the self, you could not possibly walk away from there the same person you were when you left home!!

Those brave enough who have taken the time to walk the Camino de Santiago to reflect, take stock, re-invent and reinvigorate mind, body and spirit know the power and magic of the Camino, to do the Camino with intention and attention with Crossroads Travel you will walk away feeling refreshed, armed with new ways to look at yourself within your own world and gain a sense of personal empowerment!
